  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home. We just need a way to access your home. You can provide us with a key, code, or other arrangements as per your comfort.
  • How do you price your services?
    Our pricing is based on the size of your home and the cleaning plan you choose. Please check our pricing plans for more details.
  • Are your cleaners insured and bonded?
    Absolutely, all our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, insured, and bonded to ensure your home is in safe hands.
  • Can I schedule a recurring service?
    Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. Scheduling a recurring service can provide a hassle-free way to maintain a clean home or office.
  • What's included in a deep cleaning?
    Our deep cleaning includes everything in the regular cleaning package plus additional services like cleaning inside cabinets, ovens, fridge, dishwasher, and the laundry area. However, moving the appliances is the responsibility of the client.
  • What is your policy on pets?
    We love pets! We just ask that you secure pets in a safe location during our cleaning visit to ensure their safety and that of our team.
  • What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?
    We treat your home with the utmost care. However, if an accident occurs, we will inform you immediately and work to resolve the situation appropriately.
  • How can I give feedback on your services?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with our services, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no extra cost to you.
